Camille Circle

Camille Blume was a talented, kind woman who believed in leading by example. She was an avid rose gardener and world traveler who was shocked to learn of her own diagnosis with diabetes later in life. She and her husband, Roger Blume, worked together during her lifetime to make philanthropic gifts to help others. She passed away in 2021, but her legacy for research and finding a cure for diabetes will live on through her thoughtful estate planning.

The Camille Circle is your giving society established to honor those who have included the American Diabetes Association in their will or other long-range plans. When you make this important commitment, you are invited to become a Camille Circle Member

Camille Circle members are invited to local events with opportunities to meet pioneering researchers. They also have access to the latest information: Impact reports to let them know of innovations in diabetes care, nutrition and activity programs, and updates on advocacy as we work to improve lives of people with diabetes.

Please let us know if you have included the American Diabetes Association in your plans so that we may welcome you and send you your membership pin. You can contact us via this form, or by reaching out to:

You can leave a legacy to cure diabetes

The American Diabetes Association® (ADA) donors have helped fuel notable achievements including scientific advances and pioneering discoveries for both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. The ADA has helped people impacted by natural disasters gain access to medicine, empowered diabetes advocates and supported unparalleled research projects.
